Return & Refund Policy

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — 14 DAYS

Changed your mind? That’s your right, and it’s simple. In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw, with no reason to give and no penalty to pay. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start from the last item received.

 

HOW IT WORKS — 3 STEPS

• Write to us at hello@toboggankids.com within 14 days of delivery, giving your order number and the reason for the return.

• We reply within 2 business days with the instructions and the return address. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back — a parcel sent without instructions cannot be processed.

• Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw.

 

CONDITION OF THE ITEMS

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, or to deduct a proportionate amount, if an item comes back diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to try it on.

 

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN

• France: returns are free — we email you a prepaid return label.

• All other countries: return shipping is at your expense and is not refundable. Customs duties paid on import are not refunded by Toboggan Kids; they may be reclaimed from your country’s customs authority.

 

REFUNDS

• We refund the price of the returned items plus the standard delivery charge paid at the time of order.

• Supplements paid for express or premium delivery are not refunded.

• The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days from the day we receive your return.

• It is made to the payment method used for the original purchase.

 

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR LOST PARCEL

Write to hello@toboggankids.com within 14 days, with a photo if you can: we take care of everything, return shipping included. You also benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity (art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
