Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date they receive their order, without providing any reason.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In their original condition

• With all original tags and packaging intact

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct a proportional amount if the returned item shows signs of use or damage that reduce its value.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and for obtaining a prepaid return label.

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

• In accordance with the law, we will refund the price of the returned product(s) and any standard shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.

• Additional costs for express or premium delivery services are not refundable.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned items.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
