HOW RATES ARE CALCULATED

At checkout, our system asks the carriers (UPS, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost and more) for real prices and delivery times, based on your address and the weight of your parcel. You choose the option that suits you best.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

For deliveries outside the European Union (including Switzerland, the UK, the US and Canada), customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery. These costs are set by your local customs and are not collected by Toboggan Kids.
